1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "taraph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the taraph online gaming platform accessible at taraph.org and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the taraph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the taraph platform, through which the player accesses games, manages their wallet, and interacts with taraph services.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a player's taraph Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a player's Account by taraph as part of a promotion or offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the player from their own payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Platform" means the taraph website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming software, tools, and services.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the taraph platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and taraph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the taraph platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

taraph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, taraph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information on file. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on taraph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a taraph Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of taraph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the taraph platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by taraph's decision.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. taraph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close Accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of taraph services, you must register a player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account per player: Each individual may hold only one taraph Account. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. If your contact details, address, or other registered information changes, you must update your Account promptly.
• Identity verification (KYC): taraph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Non-transferability: Your taraph Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

taraph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your taraph Account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your taraph Account and update it regularly.
• You must notify taraph support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• taraph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from taraph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

taraph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified taraph of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taraph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. taraph does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, Landbank, and PNB.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• taraph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not supported on the Platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your taraph Wallet instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• taraph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied any applicable wagering conditions may be withdrawn.
• taraph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

taraph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the taraph platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of one or more bonuses.
• Abuse: taraph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or collusive manner. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Modification and withdrawal: taraph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the taraph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all taraph games:

• All game outcomes on taraph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. taraph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the taraph system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, taraph's system will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. taraph's records of game outcomes are final and binding in the event of any dispute.
• taraph reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's Wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. taraph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. taraph provides game rules and paytable information within each game for this purpose.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taraph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to taraph support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any taraph software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taraph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the taraph platform, including but not limited to the taraph name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of taraph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taraph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any taraph content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the taraph name, logo, or any other taraph branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any taraph content or software.
• Use any taraph content for commercial purposes of any kind.

Any unauthorised use of taraph intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the taraph platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact taraph support with full details of your claim.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taraph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your taraph Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taraph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond taraph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

The taraph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While taraph makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, taraph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12 Responsible Gaming

taraph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age restriction: The taraph platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. taraph employs age verification measures and will close any Account found to belong to an underage player.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting taraph support. Self-exclusion periods range from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent exclusion. taraph will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly.
• Deposit and loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Reality checks: taraph provides optional session time reminders to help players keep track of the time they spend on the Platform.
• Support resources: Players who are concerned about their gaming behaviour are encouraged to seek help. taraph's Responsible Gaming page contains information on support resources available in the Philippines.

13 Account Closure

Closure by the player: You may close your taraph Account at any time by contacting taraph support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Closure by taraph: taraph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• taraph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with your Account.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities require taraph to close your Account.
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period, as defined in taraph's dormant account policy.

Where taraph closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity, taraph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for other reasons, any Real Money Funds will be returned to the player in accordance with taraph's standard withdrawal procedures.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taraph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a dispute by contacting taraph support with a detailed description of your complaint.

taraph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
